Ordering & Pick-Up
How does it work?
Our cookies are baked fresh to order! Add your favorites to your cart and, during checkout, select your preferred date and time for pick-up. If a slot is hidden, it means we’ve reached capacity.
Where do I pick up?
All orders are picked up at Cedars Deli Horizon (#311 3508 32nd Ave NE). Your cookies will be ready at your selected time— just have your confirmation email ready!
Do you offer delivery or shipping?
Local Calgary delivery is available for an extra charge (48-hour notice required). Email info@sarahscookiejar.ca to inquire.
We do not currently offer shipping.
Can I order more than 12 cookies?
Absolutely! For personal orders, just add multiple boxes to your cart.

Cookie Care & Enjoyment
How should I store my cookies?
Best enjoyed within 3–5 days! Store in an airtight container at room temperature. Note: Cookies with chilled frostings (like our cheesecake flavors) should stay in the fridge.
Can I freeze them for later?
Yes! Freeze in an airtight container or Ziploc bag for up to 3 months.
What is the best way to warm them up?
For that "right out of the oven" taste, microwave for 20–30s. You can also use an oven or air fryer at 350°F for about 5 minutes.
Allergens & Shop Policies
Do you have GF or Vegan options?
Unfortunately, we do not offer gluten-free or vegan cookies at this time.
What about nut allergies?
We operate in a facility handling nuts, wheat, eggs, and dairy. While some flavors are nut-free, we cannot guarantee zero cross-contact and don't recommend them for serious allergies.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Call 403-975-0120 immediately for flavor changes.
Cancellations must be made via email at least 24 hours before your scheduled pick-up date.
